What you're buying

Lead Time Care is an email feed. We read public state and federal files about nursing homes and assisted living, and we send you the changes for the counties or states you pick: who runs the building, who moved, which seats are open, and what the survey file says. One subscription covers every lane and every state we cover.

Price and cancelling

• $98 a month, or $980 a year. Billed through Stripe.
• Cancel any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you cancel in. Yearly plans stop at the end of the year, and we'll refund the unused months if you ask within the first 30 days.
• The first alerts are free. No card until you decide to keep it.

Where the facts come from

Everything we send is public record: state licensing rosters and directories, and the federal survey file. Every line names the file it came from. We compare each new copy of a file to the ones before it. We don't guess, and we don't add anything the file doesn't say.

States post on their own schedules and sometimes lag reality. If a file is wrong or late, our alert will be too. Check the source line before you act on anything that matters, and tell us when you spot a gap so we can fix it for everyone.

What we keep about you

• Your name, your email, and the counties or states you asked for. That's it.
• Stripe handles your card. We never see the number.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.
• Every email we send has a way to stop them. Reply "stop" or use the link, and you're off the list.
